How safe is my image?

We do absolutely everything we can to make sure that your image is safe. The only person to see it is Kia, who draws all illustrations, and then a screen recording of your image being deleted is sent to you once your image has been drawn. It is never moved around or put anywhere it doesn't need to be.

 

What sort of images will you do? 

Kia will honestly draw any image you would like; we've done all sorts over our time! They reserve the right to turn down images if they are unsure if there is consent from the person in the image to use it, or it is incriminating in any way.

 

Image tips for the best personalised items?

Close ups always look great for keyrings and earrings, and more full body look better on apparel!

Mirror images with a flash mean it's really difficult to see you, and don't always look the best! If you send an image that is difficult to see you may be asked for a replacement, or you can expect parts of your image to be cropped in the final illustration. (Kia draws them how they think will look best so trust the creative eye!)

 

How do I care for my personalised items? 

Earrings & Keyrings - Don't get any chemicals on them (e.g. hairspray, perfume, etc), try to avoid getting them wet or damp, don't sleep in them or wear them for an overly long time. 

Totes - Sponge wash only, don't tumble dry, never touch the print with the iron. 

T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts - Wash at 30° max, don't tumble dry, iron inside out - never touch the print with the iron.

What's the average wait time for my order?

All items are available to buy all of the time, and made on 2 week batches depending on demand.

There is an average 3-5 week wait on all orders as Kia is the only one drawing, so please try and refrain from asking for wait times during this period. We both have full time commitments outside of this so it can get hectic - bare with us! This system just helps keep the order load manageable for us!

 

Why 21+ for personalised items?

Nude images of under 18s would be illegal to have in possession as its classed as child pornography. We have chosen 21 to ensure total safety and certainty, as well as We have to see ID to confirm the age of those pictured to continue with your order, no exceptions.

If there is more than one person in the image, we also need to see the IDs of those people, too.

 

What do I do if I'm ordering on behalf of someone?

If the image is not of the individual who is ordering, we will always request that your purchase a Nudes By Kia gift card instead. This is because we don't have the consent of the person in the image.

 

Is your shipping packaging discrete?

All of our packages are extremely discrete, and do not state anywhere on the outside the nature of the product or mention nudity. However, the inside of the packaging does have branding.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We have actually shipped to over 35 countries and would love to ship to even more (mostly because I love colouring in our map...)

 

What about customs fees and import tariffs?

Any customs charges/import tariffs are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges/import tariffs will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Nudes By Kia. For more accurate information, get in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 

What if I refuse to pay customs?

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Nudes By Kia, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

 

Do you offer order tracking?

No, we don't. We would have to charge a lot more to be able to offer this, and we like to keep our postage costs as low as possible.

If you would really like to have tracking for your parcel, DM us and we can arrange it for an extra fee.

 

Can I change any of my order details?

These would need to be changed within 24 hours of your order; please contact us at @noodsbykia on Instagram or nudesbykia@gmail.com to see how we can help. In special circumstances we will do our best to push this time restraint, but again please contact us!

 

My order has arrived faulty or broken, what do I do?

If your order arrives faulty or broken please contact us at @noodsbykia on Instagram or at nudesbykia@gmail.com and we will give you the option of a full refund or a replacement to be sent.

 

Do you accept returns?

We don't. Due to the nature of them being either personalised or earrings, we can't offer returns on any of our items under any circumstance.

 

Do you accept refunds?

We only offer refunds in special circumstances; if we believe the product you have received doesn't reflect the standards we hold our business to, is faulty or broken, or simply doesn't arrive. Please contact us to arrange this, so we can assess the situation. In the case of breakage we will need images as proof.
